By foot

We are close to the GR9 Jura-Côte d’ Azur

  • Coming from the north, after the village of Villars, when you have passed the camping “La Clé des Champs”, turn twice to the left. You will get to the northern entrance of the “Chemin des Coulets”. After the 1st km alongside the crest, the road turns right. Our house is 2 kms from there, down the hill. Magnificient view on the Luberon massif
  • Coming from the south: as soon as you get outside Apt, take the D22 (direction Rustrel). After 1,5 km, you will come upon a MOTRIO garage on the left. 716m later, you will find the entrance of the “Chemin des Coulets”, on the left side of the road. Our house is the first one on the right side, number 238 on the post-office box.

  • The tourist information office does promote biking and a lot of trails are marked. The old Cavaillon-Apt railroad has been converted into a cycle trail. In town (Apt), this allows you to avoid the centre and its heavy traffic. Get off the trail immediately after the bridge over the D22. Go the right, direction Rustrel. After the bridge, you have 2kms to get to our home.
  • After 2.5km, you will come upon a MOTRIO garage. 716m later, you will find the entrance of the “Chemin des Coulets”, on the left side of the road. Our house is the first one on the right side, number 238 on the post-office box.

by train

  • Destination station is Avignon TGV or Avignon Centre (if you do not come with a TGV)
  • you will find in both stations, the bus bringing you to Apt (+/- 1,5 hour)
  • we will come and pick you up at the “gare routière” bus station in Apt (there are 3 stops in Apt, you go to the last one)

by car

  • Motorway A6 :
  • Coming from the north, take the exit Avignon-Sud, and afterwards via the D900, you will reach Apt in about 50’
  • In town, at the 4th red lights, take the D22, direction Rustrel, crossing second the bridge on the Calavon (river) in town.
  • After 2,5km, you will come upon a MOTRIO garage. 716m later, you will find the entry of the “Chemin des Coulets”, on the left side of the road. Our house is the first one on the right side; access to the parking is the second road on the right side, number 238 on the post-office box
  • Coming from the south, take the exit Cavaillon, go through the town, direction Apt. When you reach “Le Coustelet”, take the D900, on the right, direction Apt
  • In town, at the 5th red light, turn left and take the D22, direction Rustrel, crossing the second bridge in town over the Calavon river
  • After 2,5km, you will come upon a MOTRIO garage. 716m later, you will find the entrance of the “Chemin des Coulets”, on the left side of the road. Our house is the first one on the right side; access to the parking is the second road on the right side, number 238 on the post-office box
  • Coming from the west, you will spend warm hours on the typical narrow roads of the south of France.
  • When you reach the bridge on the Calavon , turn right, cross it ant take the D22, direction rustrel, After 2,5km, you will come upon a MOTRIO. 716m later, you will find the entrance of the “Chemin des Coulets”, on the left side of the road. by plane

  • The nearest airport is Marseille-Miramas; there is no direct public connection between this airport and Apt.
  • However there is a classical train between Miramas and Avignon centre.
  • You can come through Lyon St Exupéry; you will find there a TGV connection to Avignon TGV
  • All low cost airlines are using regional airports, where connections are difficult and time consuming.
